Our Core Values

What We Believe

Bible with pages flipping

God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Duet. 6:4, Matt. 28:19, John 14:10, 2 Cor. 13:14)

The Bible

We believe the Bible in both Old and New Testaments to be the verbally and the inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original manuscripts. It is the final authority for faith and life. (2 Tim. 3:16-17, 2 Pet. 1:20-21)

Jesus

We believe that the eternal Son of God became man, without ceasing to be God. Through His death on the cross He accomplished our salvation by His substitutionary sacrifice for our sin. He was buried and raised from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father. He will one day return to establish the Kingdom of God upon the earth. (Luke 1:35, John 1:1-2, 2 Cor. 5:19-21, Gal. 4:4-5, Phil. 2:5-8, Acts 2:18-36, Rom. 3:24-25, Eph. 1:7, 1 Pet. 1:3-5 Rev. 19:11-16, Rev. 20:1-6)

Humanity

We believe humanity was created in the image of God, but fell into sin through disobedience. We are all sinful and therefore separated from God, unable to remedy our fallen condition. (Gen. 1:26-27, Rom. 3:22-23, Rom. 6:23, Eph. 2:1-3)

Salvation

We believe salvation is the gift of God offered by His grace and received by personal faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ, whose blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins. (John 1:12, John 14:6, Eph. 2:8-10, 1 Pet. 1:18-19)

The Eternal State

We believe in the bodily resurrection of all humanity, the saved to eternal life, the unsaved to judgment. (Matt. 25:46, John 5:28-29, John 11:25-26, Rev. 20:5-6, 11-12)
